Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site, we use two optional tools, and both load only if you accept them on the consent banner shown on your first visit:
- Microsoft Clarity — website analytics that shows us, in aggregate, how visitors find and use this site so we can improve it.
- OpenAI / ChatGPT Ads pixel — measures the performance of our advertising, including whether a visit that began with one of our ads led to a consultation request. It records that a form was submitted; it does not send the contents of your message, your name, your email address, or your phone number.
If you choose “Necessary only,” neither tool loads and no analytics or advertising data is collected. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will prompt the consent banner again. Declining has no effect on your ability to contact us or on the service you receive.
Information you submit through a form is sent to us by email and is handled as described above — it is never shared with these analytics or advertising providers.
Solicitor–client privilege
Communications with our lawyers in the course of seeking legal advice are protected by solicitor–client privilege from the first contact, regardless of whether you ultimately retain us.
