Taxpayer Rights
The Canada Revenue Agency has developed some propaganda material entitled "The Taxpayer Bill of Rights". This so-called Bill of Rights is not actually a Bill, and is not law. It is there to
make you feel better and to make you drop your guard. Be careful. The Canada Revenue Agency does not go out of their way to protect any of these you so-called 15
rights, which are reproduced to the right.
If you believe your rights have been violated by the Canada Revenue Agency, call us for a Free Consultation.
